Microsurgery is performed through tiny incisions even smaller than those performed in minimally invasive surgery. Microsurgery is recommended in conditions of minute structures of the body and is commonly employed in surgeries of blood vessels and nerve fibers. Microsurgery is considered safe, economical and considerably successful. Microsurgery is often not recommended in all conditions and is considered only in complex surgeries or if other types of surgeries are not appropriate.
